Default 6th gen V6 tranny question

I have a question about the 6th gen V6 trannys, I know all about the history...

How often should you do what many dealers call a "flush"(which is really just drain/fill with fluid 3X). I've only been doing it 1X, but every 20k miles. The tranny still shifts very smoothly. Got the car at 69k, service records showed the tranny was replaced at 65k, car is up to 125k now. I striclty adhere to that milege limit, as that's about the only preventive maintence I can do for it. So far(knock on wood) it's been doing just fine.

Sometimes when I'll be going at like 40,50ish and I take my foot off the gas, the car seems to jerk a little bit. I think it's just the speed at the gear it's in. I won't notice it when I'm at highway speeds of 60,70mph. Please tell me I'm just being paranoid.

Should I flush it 3X this time around on the 3rd fluid replacement for the car?

In the few months I haven't visited this forum much I have to ask 98CoupeV6what happened to your baby? You used to have this decked out signature all about it

Flushes from the dealer use a cleaner that can harm the trans do not do them. For the sound you may look at your engine and trans mounts.

Ive NEVER seen a dealer do a true "Flush" although they use the term. Just ask what it is they actually do, it should be a drain & refill X 3.
