Default Suspension problem

I just recently replaced my suspension on my 91 accord sedan. I bought KYB AGXs and Tien S Tech lowering springs and installed them and my car is not dropped like it was supposed to. It was supposed to lower it almost 2 inches and it worked fine in the rear but the front end on both sides has a lot of space between the tire and fender. The rear has just barely 2 fingers on the back and the front has a gap big enough for my entire hand easily. At first I thought it was just going to take time to settle but the back has settled completely and it's been like 3 weeks now. I can't imagine that I installed anything wrong and I've checked everything to make sure the strut is slid into the damper fork all the way. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
Here is a pic:

No, there's no way for that to happen, they don't fit the wrong way.

I've looked at that. I know the differences that they mentioned and I have genuine Tien springs.

Well I found out that I needed to cut my stock bumpstops in half so it could drop more because they were preventing the springs from settling. Now I just have to wait and see if they settle more.

They should drop noticeably right away. When they settle the difference is minimum.
