Default A little head work

Ok so after much research i found a unique little link to what i may have to call hevan. Apperently im not going to have to spend all that money on a h22 after all. So after reading this I started thinking "which for me is very dangerous" why not? My f23s in good shape and all but as with all things Honda if it good you can make it better. Now comes the question of the day. Has anyone tried this or know someone who has? How much machine work do you actually have to do if any?
Link for referance that im going off of.

thats the swap. I just dont wont to destroy my f23 block unless i know that the h22 wont totally screw it up. my f23s went through alot of work in the last two years and im not going to mess with it unless i know what im getting into and that it will work.
