Default 1997 accord no start

hi i am new here, and my 1997 Honda accord 2.2L 16V (non vtech) won't start.
it is getting fuel and is cranking but has no spark.
i replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, timing belt, balance belt, water pump, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube gaskets, and some other stuff about a month ago when i got the car. then randomly one day it would not start.
so i replaced the coil and still no start or spark.
i have been researching it and i think the cause is the Ignition control module (ICM) aka igniter, but i am not sure. how do i test the coil and ICM? are there any other common problems related to no spark? what are your opinions of what it is. my Mechanic said it could be the ignition relay, but no one has ever heard of it.

any opinions, links, and posts would be greatly appreciated

Did you check all the basics? I.e. vaccuum leaks, bad grounds... might be something isnt connected or came loose.

check that all the sensors are plugged in too.

hope that helps!
