Default Squeal on engine bay(again)

Hi! I asked this question before but did not get any descent respond. I have this squeeling noise on my engine bay. It only happens when I stepped on the gas, so I figured that this is the belt, so I tightened my power steering belt and my alternator belt is already tight so I did not make any adjustments to it. Anyway I left my engine running in the driveway and opened up my hood, pulled the accelator cable. The squeal is still there, I tried looking many times to where its coming from. The sound is like its coming from somewhere in the header area or in radiator area(not really sure). The car drives fine but sometimes its embarrassing when I accelerate. I'm not a mechanic and just know some fix. Help! Thanks! Oh BTW, I have a 2001 Honda Accord LX Coupe(4Cyl).

If your belt is old and brittle, it might slip no matter how tight. A clue -- are they shinny-looking on the side?
