Default 2003 accord ex auto 4cyl. wont start!!!

I am not having a good month with cars.
I went out this morning and the thing wont start.

It had little gas in it so I went and got some with my girls car, and some dry gas. Didnt help!!!!

Checked the battery with a multi. Reading over 12volts.

I turn it over and it does nothing. No sound NOTHING.

A friend of mine told me to hit the starter a few times but I dont know where it is.(yes im a noob, we all r at some time)
I did wash it last night including the engine. So im thinking its just frozen.
Waiting for things to heat up a litte outside.
Its been about 4 hrs since I noticed it. Its 11am here and I was driving it just fine 10 hrs ago.

Like I said its NOT the battery, that im 100% on.

Anyone, any clue?!?!?!?!?!?!

Im at my wits end here.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you washed the engine? Did you get water in the distributor? Take the cap off and make sure the distributor and contacts are dry. Also, check the spark plug gaps and make sure it's dry in there as well.

What do you mean by does nothing? If it turns over than it's doing something. Do you mean you turn your key and hear no sound? I would guess it's your starter then.

Also, I'm pretty sure batterys always read almost the same volts whether charged or dead. It's the amps you need to check.

You need to give more details.
when you turn the key:
a) Engine turns over but doesn't start.
b) Engine doesn't turn over but you here a click under hood
c) Engine doesn't turn over and you don't hear a click.

Did I miss some other options?

Pretty much. I'd jump it just to rule out the battery. My wife's battery died fast this winter (with only the dome light on overnight), and my bosses battery went flat too. Neither battery's were bad, they just died fast with the cold weather. Try jumping it. You never know. You don't want to go replacing the starter just to find out it was the battery the whole time
