Spare key cut
I have a 2003 Accord and want to get a spare key cut, but forego the $94 programming. Is the dealer the only place that can cut a new key?

iirc, the 03+ keys are laser cut, and its pretty hard to find a shop that cuts those keys.

You want a free key made or something?
If not, then ur gonna have to pay.
or I can ask my brother for his friends information in Germany that does this work. You'll have to fly out there though.
