I wasn't sure because you can't find it in regular auto parts stores. Do I have to get it from a dealer?

No you're not going to find it at autozone,pep boys,etc.....

Your best bet is going to a dealer or getting it online (cheaper online). I got mine online from ebay paid and got it 4 days later. Or you can get it from numerous amount of sites on the net just do some searching for the best deal. Use Honda/OEM parts and your car will last you a long time.
