I bought a pair for my 94 coupe. I sanded it down and i spray painted it myself and it does look nice. The same with the front lip that i bought they both look nice just make sure to take your time on doing it yourself.

The electric blue is going to be hard to match with a rattle can, it won't cost much to have them sprayed. You can use 3m tape, but be weary of hooligans that will rip them off. I used automotive adhesive.

I like to disagree with immortal but my car is dark green, so trying to match it is not hard. I don't know how light or dark the blue accord is but i think the lighter it is the harder it is to match. Good thing on mine it's a darker color green. When you look at it you won't even know that they are spray painted.

As for taking it to a shop, be prepared to pay some $$$. I work at a retail flooring store, so for us to install carpet in one bedroom average size 12x12 we charge a minimum or even patching a small 2x2 carpet is the exact same minimum. So most likely they they will charge you their minimum, unless you know a guy at the shop or they're really nice. So i would think maybe $100-$300 is what they would charge.

You're probably thinking that i'm crazy but you have to understand about the "minimum" charge, well for my store at least. You have to put yourself in their position is all i can say.

Get the paint code from the door jam, go to automotive paint store/ shop, give them the number and get no more than a pint and you're good to go. You may need to clear coat to match up better. Take your time in prepping. PRepping is the key!! Good luck!

I placed carbon fiber ones on my 01 accord car and they look great..i agree with the 3m tape no problems yet..did the adhesive auto crap but that flew off after 3 months...the 3m tape stayed on for a year so far.

A friend of mine went to a collision only repair shop [ unknowingly ] inquiring about spraying his trunk lip he had. They offered to spray it for free using the "overspray" from another car they were repairing. It's such a small piece that you shouldn't be charged too much for the paint or the labor.

As far as applying them, his trunk lip applied with 3M tape. Your eyebrows, I have no clue.
