I like to disagree with immortal but my car is dark green, so trying to match it is not hard. I don't know how light or dark the blue accord is but i think the lighter it is the harder it is to match. Good thing on mine it's a darker color green. When you look at it you won't even know that they are spray painted.

As for taking it to a shop, be prepared to pay some $$$. I work at a retail flooring store, so for us to install carpet in one bedroom average size 12x12 we charge a minimum or even patching a small 2x2 carpet is the exact same minimum. So most likely they they will charge you their minimum, unless you know a guy at the shop or they're really nice. So i would think maybe $100-$300 is what they would charge.

You're probably thinking that i'm crazy but you have to understand about the "minimum" charge, well for my store at least. You have to put yourself in their position is all i can say.
