Default Dumb Question

I can't believe I'm even having to ask this, as I've driven honda civics for the last 6 years and probably change 100 tires in my life, but is there some special trick to getting the wheel off of a 1996 Honda Accord (ex).

My neighbor has a flat and I can't for the life of my figure out if there is a wheel lock on it or something, as I've removed all four bolts and it's not budging.

Any ideas?

I'm guessing that it's just the wheel stuck to the hub, especially if the tires haven't been rotated for a while. This has happened on my '93 and '99 accord. You take off all the lugnuts but they wheel stays on. :wtf: It's like you swear you could lower it back down and the wheel would probably stay on! Anyway, I usually use a mallet (Not a hammer!) and tap the wheel or tire in different places to loosen it up a bit. I once got pissed at my '99 and just kicked the tire really hard. It popped right off. I don't think you can do too much damage as long as you don't use something hard to get it off (ex, prybar, crowbar, hammer, rock (lol).
