I'm guessing that it's just the wheel stuck to the hub, especially if the tires haven't been rotated for a while. This has happened on my '93 and '99 accord. You take off all the lugnuts but they wheel stays on. :wtf: It's like you swear you could lower it back down and the wheel would probably stay on! Anyway, I usually use a mallet (Not a hammer!) and tap the wheel or tire in different places to loosen it up a bit. I once got pissed at my '99 and just kicked the tire really hard. It popped right off. I don't think you can do too much damage as long as you don't use something hard to get it off (ex, prybar, crowbar, hammer, rock (lol).
