Rough idle in "D" gears
Well, I don't see it saying petroleum but it does say it cleans away "gums, varnishes, greases and other harmful deposits from throttle valves, throttle bodies and air intake systems." So I guess it will work then...
Well, I notice my IACV was leaking a little around the bottom plate and same as the 2 vaccum lines that connects to it. I replaced it with my old F22a motor IACV and bought 2 new vaccum lines, it still does kinda the same problem. However, I adjusted my Idle screw a little higher, and it helped my car idle 75% better now. For some reason, it still does it if I use my turning signal at the stop lights.
I guess, I'll try to clean that IACV too and maybe adjust my Idle a little higher.

That is good news! Those darn leaks can cause problems.
As you say, setting the idle screw can make quite a difference.
Remember to re-set your computer afterwards by unplugging the brown 7.5 amp fuse in the inside corner (the one closest to the driver) of the underhood fuse box (passenger side) and replugging it after one minute. You need to reset the car computer every time you change the idle speed.
Give you computer a few days to get used to the new situation (no joke!) and the engine may run even better.
