theres a lot of info about building up motors... just do a search.

auto to manual is harder on the 6th gen. youll need the cls 6spd tranny + custom wiring to get it to work with the accord ecu.

you can also do a j32 + 6spd swap, which is easier to get running with the cls ecu.

it'll cost a fortune.

it'll be more cost effective to trade in the accord and get a 6 speed CL.

 see my avatar.

anyway...

it's pointless to build up the J30A1 as it stands on your car, I'm telling you that right now. Bolt ons will give you maybe 10-15HP, a supercharger will give you a lot more...but you still have an automatic, and you'll kill it by adding any significant power. The tranny is extremely weak.

Putting in a CL Type-S 6 speed is a bitch and a half to do, and it's actually more time and cost effective to swap in the J32A2 with it. That's about $5-6k, and some custom fab mounts, if you can do it all yourself, and maybe a full 2-3 days of labor. So basically, start saving up for another car

FYI - the SRI adds more overall power to the J30A1 than the CAI.
