Default Groaning noise from front end

My 97 Accord makes a groaning noise from the front driver side when it is cold and you turn the car. Car has to be rolling so not sure if power steering related. Not a popping noise or whining like a belt, just a groaning like a bearing. Had wheel brgs. replaced and no better. Power steering fluid was replaced. Also, CV joints are new. Any ideas?
