Why did you post a question asking if it would work if you're just going to do it anyway?? I guess that's how anyone is going to find out, GL man. Don't fall off and not post back if it works out.

the reason the speedo doesn't work is the VSS pulse is diffrent a standard honda VSS has 4 pulses to ground with 1 revolution on the cable , but the S2k and most newer vehicles for that matter it's closer to 20 so if you get up to a 100 mph it might register 1 mph on the S2k cluster so a correction is needed like a divider. also the coolant temp on the 2k and newer vehicle is the gause is controlled by the BCM instead of hooked up to the temp sensor. there was a guy that did the mods to the temp and speedo to make them work on older honda but canot recal the name.

Wow...this question takes the cake.

Just because your car was made in Japan instead of Marysville Ohio...doesn't mean the car is any different then the ones here state side.

Idiot Award goes to you dude.

the 5 lug swap is a wasy bolt on for Ex but for a Lx like mine you have to do a rear disk swap. fronts are knuckle assembly from a 95-97 odyssey rotors and all calipers can be used from the same car as long as the mount bracket is a 23T as for the rears it's the hub is from a 97+ prelude and the rear rotors are from a 98+ accord V6 and you use your orginal rear calipers. as for the speedo I didn't like the S2k cluster because it was too small to look right in the stock housing so I choose the 98+ setup but as far as wireing it's pretty straght forward except for the speedo it's going to need a pulse divider to conver the 4 pulses to ground to about 20 or so ..
