my lil bro has a 91 accord and his driver side door doesnt budge and yes it is unlocked but it stucksomewhere on the inside of door and cannot be opened, how can we tackle this?

 

hmm sounds to me that something in your door like pop loose, anyways I don't know how can I help you opening the door when it won't budge.
But when you get the door open, open the door panel and check which part came loose and reconnect it, you should be fine after that. If its unfixable, you may need to buy parts and replace

 

it's a bad latch and a common problem on these cars you have to pull the panel off carefully and drill the old latch out . is been discused here if you search theres a how to floating around.
