Default clutch problem

check this out, right after I changed my clutch my clutch pedal was as soft as a feather but two days later it turned f****** StiFF as HELL. the reason why i changed it was because it was stiff as hell. any ideas why??? oh and I bought the new pressure plate and disc from honda so it wasn't an after market kit. and my friend's accord, same year/model has a clutch as soft as a feather. i'm beginning to get tired of manuel and will switch over to automatic.

hydraulic clutch linkage...? cable/mechanical...? what is it... if its hydraulic check both the master and slave cylinder... and the lines... take the dust boot off the tranny itself.. and look at how the slave cylinder pushes on the throuought bearing... if its cable or mechanical check the linkage all the way from the pedal to the clutch itself, also when when u alinged the pilot bearing with the crank shaft did you use the alignment tool that should come with the clutch kit? if not that could make for rough movement of parts
