A hayes manual gives good details. You can get one at any auto parts store. If you do much DIY I'd recommend having one. I'm a bit of a newb but have done all kinds of crap on my car with a hayes and never screwed anything up yet. Other than that, don't know where you'd look unless some kind soul here has something for you.

Buy a Helms. I don't know how many times I have to type these instructions, but I'll do them again:

1) Buy a new EGR Gasket and new TB gaskets
2) Remove intake
3) Remove TB (don't mess with throttle/cruise cables, just set it down next to your battery or something)
4) Remove IM
5) Clean IM EGR ports
5) Remove EGR Valve
6) Clean EGR Valve ports

And that's it. I don't have the torque specs but you'll get them from a Helms or Haynes. Everything is probably between 15 and 20 lb-ft since it's all aluminum. But if you don't get or don't know how to do anything I just said, buy a Helms or subscribe to www.alldata.com.
