my 94 accord has been shifting a bit rough since the day i got it... never got better, never got worse. doesnt slip, so i guess its just normal wear. didnt try changing tranny fluid yet tho...

All of these accords shift rough. HAd mine for six years and it still shifts the same. Just change your tranny fluid and stay on top of it.

Quick question, do you make a complete stop (after you reverse) to shift to Drive? If you don't that could be part of the problem because by not making a complete stop you can mess up your transmission and rough shifting is also a result of not making a complete stop, especially when the transmission is shifting from 1st to 2nd gear.
