Fans are running at full speed. plenty of air flow. Ac works exceptionally well stays arctic cold inside the car.

car overheats whether ac is on or off.

Is seems to only overheat on days when outside temp is 95 +

 

Hmm...I'm sure you know more than I do, but I would try and find out if your fan has two speeds and if the high one kicks on.

 

I have two single speed fans

 

All exactly the same as me. Shit h: I wish I knew what to tell you, but it's a mystery to me as well. You've done everything that I would suggest.
