Seems like it ran fine, even though I abused the hell out of it. Always got around 23-26 mpg. Even when taking it to the Honda dealer for various services, they never said anything negative regarding the intake and/or MAF.

I'd like to hear from other peoplke who have aftermarket intakes on their 5th gens. I really want some confirmation on this issue, so I know I'm not crazy. Since I sold the car (and chucked the stock airbox a long time ago), I have no way to check and see anything in person.

Seems like it is. If not, I'm sure the orange light will say otherwise.
