Was rear ended... Need advice...
I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX Pearl Green. I was sitting at a red light, and all of a sudden felt a boom and push. The other driver didn't hit me that hard... prolly about 10- 15 mph. Just enough to put a small line indent across my bumper and cause the paint to spiderweb a lil.
I got all of her insurance information, just incase it was alot worse than just the initial first look.
Later, I reinspected it and realized the bumper got slightly pushed up on the left side, just so that it pushes up slightly into my taillight fixture. Theres a small gap on the right side, and none on the left.....
I have insurance, but its only liability. Is her insurance going to pay for the repairs, since i dont have collision? What do i do?
It happened Saturday night.. It wasnt bad enough to contact the police, so no police report was made. Do i wait till Monday and get estimates...
I've never been in an accident... Let me know what you guys would do.....

First off, nothing is too small not to call the police. What i learned the hard way is if you get hit, and it someone elses fault, you always call the police. Now, this lady may tell the truth when you call her insurance agent. If she does you have nothing to worry about and her insurance will pay for everything even your deductibale. Also, if you ask her insurance for a small payment for medical they will make you an offer on that as well. So the best thing for you to do is call her insurance immediately and tell them what happened.
