How many miles per TANK do you get??

The 3 or 4 are still in the tank. Take a can of gas with you and run till it stops and than fill up - include the amount in the can when you fiull up and it should equal 17

wow my car holds 17 gallons?? i didn't know that. So the E light comes on with like 80 miles left in the car??

AVOID running the tank until its completely empty.... it can lead to clogged injectors

The only accurate way to measure and compare your fuel consumption is in MPG (divide your miles by your gallons, which means filling to the first click every time and resetting your trip computer to keep track.) My best tank to date (which will probably be bested again by this one) was 563mi at the flickering low fuel light, running through ~13.6 gallons. That could have been a 600+mi tank just as easily if I had run it on down to fumes, but that's not a good idea for reasons already posted. That's all from driving technique and a 25 mile commute...gotta make up for it somehow! Gotta love the 5-speed.

I get 29-30 miles/gal. Its highway miles.
and around 20 miles/gal city (Los Angeles, so you know).

I usually get aroun 400miles on a tank. mostly highway driving though.

actually you will overheat the fuel pump and shorten it's life as the gas is keeping the pump cool and when it's empty theres nothing but air .

Usually between 400 and 420 a tank. I get 30mpg pretty consistently.
