Accord more hp 07 later??
Just a quick question? I work for Toyota & majority of the people know I'm a Honda/ Acura owner including all the salesman.
They keep saying the new V6 Camary will allways be better&faster, Don't think thats true.
Does anyone know whether Honda for 07 or later will put out more than 244 in the V6 so they can beat the Camary or at least hang with them. Holla Honda-Acura 4 life
yes sirr

You know this thread really should be in the automotive news and rumors forum not the Accord and TSX forum. Anyways, I will say that Honda always out does Toyota. That's why they schedule their redesigns the year after Toyota does so that they can one up them. The accord is also built to be more sporty and fun to drive whereas the Camry emphasizes comfort and quietness. So if you're a grandpa then go for the Camry but if you're younger and enjoy driving then the Accord is for you. Also, keep in mind the Accord is about 100lbs lighter than a Camry. Every 12lbs of weight equals approximately 1hp needed to move that weight.
When I think toyota, I think "GM equivalent thats made in japan", very cheap interiors... very soft ride (like a buick) and lack of eye-catching styling.
Yea, the one model of the camry might have 268hp (I think) but its also a bigger, heavier car.

I can't stand Toyota cars as well. I can't stand seeing some one with a Camry trying to take me out or race me in that boat with four wheels! I have not seen anything sporty from the Camry designs until the 2006 models came out.
The front of the new Camrys looks like a sub sandwich! The only reason why they're the best selling car is because they sell them as a fleet to car rentals! If the Accord was sold as to fleet rentals, they would be in 1st place!

I agree. I just work there & they pay my bills. The only 2 Toyotas I've always liked were the Cressida & of course the Supras mainly 93-98.
That's why I own a Si Civic, Gs-R & TL.
Holla, Holla I Rick James B!!!H .

With Toyota, Nissan, and most of the other car companies, they allow the rental car companies to either sell the cars after they reach a milage point, or sell them at auction where the majority of them end up at car dealerships as certified pre owned cars.
