98 Accord Stereo Short-out?
So I recently installed a Dension ICE iPod controller onto my factory head unit and installed 4 new speakers. Things have been working find for about the past week until today. Today I'm pulling into my house and I roll the window up. As soon as the window reaches the top all the sound from my stereo shuts off. At first I thought it was just the radio losing signal (since I was listening to AM at the time) but once I tried listening to a CD or any other AM or FM stations I realized that there was no sound at all coming from any of my 4 speakers. When I turn the power off to the head unit and then turn it back on I get a slight popping sound from the left front speaker as soon as it turns on. I'm guessing that something got shorted out, maybe a blown fuse. Any ideas?
Edit: I just went and checked all the fuses in the left and right boxes and they're all fine.

Anyways, do your parking lights, windows, locks, etc all work OK? Did you check the inline fuse on the back of the radio and make sure there are absolutely no bare wires anywhere? For example, an unused power antenna lead or dimmer wire lead.

Think I've figured out what it is. There are a few bare wires coming from the speaker on the drivers side. I'm going to pull the speaker back out and wrap them with electrical tape. Kinda funny, I could hit the the door panel and make the system kick back on...felt kinda like the Fonz.
