Someone did a small 1/4 inch scratch on my car when his car door hit my car door...I've tried Scratch-X to no avail

 

i would see if the scratches are down to the bare metal if they are you are in luck that means that they will not rub out and you get a new paint job ! and maybe ( i know this sounds wierd finish the job for them so you can get the whole car painted over, maybe a different color!) but as far as people who key peoples cars their fingers should be cut offffffffff!!!!!!!!!!!!!
