why arnt my headlights working?

i turn my lights on and my right parking light stays on but my head lights will not come on

yes i changed the bulbs 2day and the lights still will not come on i also checked the fuses and the connections and i dont no what else to do

check the wire harness, the wires connecting to the bulbs. the wire harness is probably burnt out. Do you use aftermarket bulbs like hyperwhite or a high kelvin bulb (6500k, 8000k)?
