Default Brake and TCS Warning Lights

Over the weekend both the brake and tcs warning lights came on in my wife's 2004 Accord EX V6. She says she might have noticed some squeeling from the brakes recently, but she wasn't sure. I'm taking it in tomorrow to be checked out. Does this sound like its just a pad wear warning or does this usually indicate something else.

We have had the worst time with the brakes on this car. The rotors were warped within a few thousand miles of when we bought it (front have been turned twice now and back once), and they are starting to warp again. The rear pads only lasted 12k miles (warranty replacement thankfully) and the front only made it 22k miles (currently has 37k miles). Any thoughts on using aftermarket rotors and pads if the warning lights turn out to be worn out pads?

Thanks.
