I have a 04 Accord EX- My radio, Cd player, XM & everything else has quit making noise... Even when I set the clock, the button is supposed to beep- no sound. The signal is fine because I can see the name of the band playing on XM, I just can't freaking hear them! Everyone I have talked to has no idea what this could be. All the speakers are connected, the main electrical connector to the radio LOOKS ok, but I don't know what a bad one would look like. Has anyone ever heard of this?

 

the radio could have crapped out. the internal amp may be bad. also it could be a shorted wire for one of the speakers which would cause the amp to switch off

 

04..... you should still be covered under warranty o:

 

unless he drove 2 far. then hes out of warrenty
