swapped h23

just finished my swap and the car is surging real bad..we cleanded the idle control valve and its still doing it...even put the accord valve on there..still doing it..does anybody kno what else could be making it surge and idle bad like i is??

Fast Idle Thermo Valve....its under the intake manifold.....make sure the timing is correct and put the H23 IACV back on.
