Why doesnt your temp gauge light up?
I did the same mod to my gauges and the temp gauge isn't as bright as the others because it has a T1.5 light bulb behind it lighting it up whereas the other gauges all have 168/194 size bulbs. The instructions on the ledautomotive.com website indicate that there are 4 168/194 bulbs on the back of the instrument cluster but mine only has 3 and 1 T1.5 bulb. I don't know if it's different because I have 98 I4 sedan or what. I used the wide angle leds for the gauges because of it's more even light pattern and narrow angle leds for the indicator lights such as blinkers, cruise control, CEL, etc.

Yeah same here i have an I4 sedan as well and there were only 3 bulbs, i was thinking that since that instruction was for a v6 that could have been the case, we have 3 and they have 4 leds you know...
