Here's how to make it as Loud as possible. Cut your header, and you MUST use a hacksaw(no pussy shit), about an inch and a half from the block. This will make you sound like the fastest car on the road. Screw o2 sensors, those are for babies!!!!
Seriously though, get a clue. Nobody, even I who owns a 98 Accord, want to hear that crap. It's safe to say if your getting made fun of this much, this might not be the best idea.

Loud Mufflers Means Tickets And Citations, Which Means More Money To Change Muffler Back To Stock And Money To Pay Tickets. If You Have Money To Give Away, You Can Start By Giving Me Some Of That.

having no muffler is not that loud. it sounds just the same as when you people put those oversized mufflers.
