battery is most likely toasted

change battery, get a digital multi meter, start car and check voltage at battery and it should be at around 14.2v if its lower then get the alternator checked at your local shop like pepboys for a fee of around $20.

Battery should fix it though

take your car to autozone or an automotive store.

have them test ur battery and your charging system...

alternator would be my best guess...

get a new battery.

yea sounds like an alternator if it dies after jumping it. alternator runs bout 150 rebuilt and its an easy repair. remove two electrical connections and make sure the belt is tight but not too tight

Is this the car you said was leaking/burning oil over at this thread:
https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...25#post2841025

Has the oil issue been solve or is this an additional problem?

if you have the money, or you dont know how or have the tools to fix it, take it to a shop.

That altenator location is somewhat frustrating, and with a previouly bad valve cover gasket there is gonna be oil everywhere... so replacing that alt is going to be a less than fun experiance.

im sure it has been posted, nobody enjoys reposting a how-to... and if it has not been coverd here, im sure that 3geez.com has it (im pretty sure thats the site) ... or you could go to autozone and get a manual which has a how-to for almost anything you need to do on your accord.
