Default Warming up your car?

When you first start up your car in the morning, do you let it warm up?

When I start mine up it's always at around 1100 RPM but then as it warms up, it drops to 750. Soung right? 02AV6.

your not suppose to warm up your car(or so ive heard) because it wastes fuel and doesnt create any benefits.

if you have every jumped in you car after is hasn't been run in a day or so and just go for it you see how nasty it feels to shift. I always let mine warm up.
