i need to remove my door panel so i can fix the outer door handle its loose
but after taking out all the screws and popping out the little plastic things that hold it on i still cant get it i cant figure out how to get the part off where it runs along the window the part that i cant get off is on the red line in the picture

If it's like the newer ones, you'll need to remove that small triangular piece on the inside of the side mirror, then once all the screws and clips are free, it just slides upwards and off.
