Does your car consume any OIL?
I have about 750 miles on a 2005 2.4L Accord. The oil level is about 3/4 full, but not quite at the full mark. Not sure if it came that way or if I'm using a bit of oil during break-in. Just curious if anyone else noticed oil consumption in the first few thousand miles?
Initial break in there is some oil consumption as the rings seat themselves. Technically less than 1Q every 1000 miles is not considered "excessive" by automotive standards.
I would top it off and see if anything else decreases... go ahead and buy real honda oil this time so you arent mixing types of oil.

Not a measureable amount or enouhg to warrant adding any. You actually can get slightly better mileage and power if the oil level is a little lower. Less windage in the oil pan from the crank moving through it.
Are you sure your checking the oil after the engine has cooled off for at least 30 minutes? Otherwise there will still be some oil in the top end of the engine that hasn't settled back into the oil pan... which would make it read low.
