All the V6's for sure.

Oddly the rear brake pads seem to go faster then the fronts.

Try adjusting the E-brake.
Mine used to come all the way up until I adjusted it. Now it's perfect

I have an 2K EX manual. Normally I change the front pads every year and the rear every two years.
I've never heard of the rear wearing out before the front on any car with discs all around. Not saying you're lying or anything, but that is odd.
The majority of weight is transferred forward when stopping which is the reason why front pads wear faster than the rear

I used to work at a local honda dealership as a tech. And most of the rear brakes wear out before the fronts. If you brake hard alot and not ride the brakes as much you will wear the front out first before the rears. But most people usually ride there brakes.

Well, that's true. If you're riding the brakes to rears could go prematurely.
Because I have a manual, I usualy downshift when braking so I won't have to ride the brakes.
that could be it
