hey i got 2003 accord lx 4 cyc 40000 miles and i been having problem with my check engine ligth ,first the computer said the tps sensore was bad so they replace the whole throtle body with tps ,and now after 1000 miles i have another code 507 and the check engine came on after driving it for 150 miles it went off but i can see when i start my car in the moring and let it run the temp is almost at normal and the rpms stay at 1600 before they where droping down slowly and when you hit the gas pedal they drop to normal below 1000 k do you guys have any idea what hell is wrong with my car ?i been putting super since i got the car so please help me

 

i remember back in the 80s, when i was a kid, my parents would always tell me to turn on the car so it can "warm up." the idle rpm's would be all high, but after it was "warmed up" the idle rpm's would be low. but thats on old cars and you have a new car. this might be stupid but you do know the check engine light comes on when its due for an oil change right. but it doesnt come on when its due, it actually comes on at preset miles. besides that, i dont know what else could be wrong with your car.

 

RPM idle is normal. Mine idles at 1100 when its little chilly and about 1500 when cold
