Default 94 accord clutch help

Ok..so i dont know how old the clutch is, when it was replaced, it feels great, feels stronger than stock, except the engagement point is basicly at the floor. Sometimes when the engine is cold it is almost impossible to get into gear cause the clutch wont fully disengauge. Is there any type of adjustment for the clutch or do I have to replace it?
thanks
