I have a 00 accord cp ex 4cyl, I was gonna get the DC headers but have heard alot of bad shyt about them. For the price I would think they would be better. Im in the Army and they pay us peanuts so I dont have alot to spend, and recomendations? How are the cheapos on ebay? Has anyone ever tried them? Thanks

 

unless you have a v6... its just a header

the cheapos on ebay usually have crappy welds

 

^ and sound like shit too. i only recommend DC, Mugen, or stock.for me i get more power with my mugen 1pc setup, but iam currently running dc 421 becuase of stupid smog and illegal modification fines.

 

for the 6th gen, dc sports is pretty much our only option. I've got one, and I like it. if you have any high hp goals, don't get it. I only got it because I got a killer deal on it, and wanted to complete my highflow setup of i/h/highflow cat/e

 

i HAD a dc and the welds cracked where the number 4 and 1 meet so i got a greddy for now until my h22

I havent always been a honda owner, I had a 98 Mazda MX6 V6 5 sp, I had about everything you could do to that v-6 without turbo/supercharge or internal engine mods. I had pacesetter headers and they were fine, I didnt have any problems with them. My mx-6 was alot faster, but my accord made sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better!
