Default tri-Bixenon projector headlight?

I've got one of those black housing projectors (H3 projector) w/ a spot for highbeam, projector, and driving lights.

I was curious... would it be just to much to replace those 3 (which are all 3 very similar in diameter, although the outside one - driving light - is smaller, if I remove the halo, it'd be about the same it appears) with 3 bixenon projectors? 2 bixenon's in 1 headlight work just fine I know, I've seen that before.

Pics of the headlight:

Also, can I hook up multiple projectors to one ballast or would I have to have a ballast for each projector?

I know of HIDplanet.com but their forum is down right now...

I've also been considering doing these ideas:

Let me know if you can't read it and I'll type out what headlights 1-6 are all about.

Two is hardcore three would be overkill and VERY expensive. Yes, you would need a ballast for all six projectors....Talk about a lot of current at startup.:nervous: How do you plan for them to operate?(Lows, highs, etc) Glad you finally checked out hidplanet, thier site seems to be down often.

BTW, cannot make much out of the drawing.

3 is way too much light on the road, and a hazard to oncoming drivers. keep it to one set.

I say go for two, don't do 3... and draw some clearer pics :-\

plus, I don't think those headlights will hold up to the heat of 2 true projectors in there.

Ya, I was I will... as for the drawing, just some sketches while a group was doing their presentation and putting the class to sleep... *sigh* the wonders of English Lit 201... lol

I guess I'll draw some clearer pics of those headlights later on...

you'd never fit bi-xenon projectors in those headlights anyway... weather its 1, 2 or 3 sets... bi-xenon projectors are generally quite large and need alot of space to fit and function properly (dont forget, there is moving parts). I say put a pair of regular xenon projectors in place of the low beam projectors and use halogen highs. Quad xenons is overkill... you'll light up the road in front of you very well, but anything above the cutoff will not be visible as your eyes will be drawn to the very bright light in front of you.
Projectors would also never fit in the outer part of the headlights, as its just the parking light and there isnt enough depth in the car for a projector there.
