I say put a pair of regular xenon projectors in place of the low beam projectors and use halogen highs. Quad xenons is overkill... you'll light up the road in front of you very well, but anything above the cutoff will not be visible as your eyes will be drawn to the very bright light in front of you.
Projectors would also never fit in the outer part of the headlights, as its just the parking light and there isnt enough depth in the car for a projector there.
