Im getting a cel for code 41 which is Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction. I don't think its a bad o2 sensor or i would think i would get code 1. Whats the problem?

 

Code 1 is for the sensing element itself. Code 41 is for the preheater that's built into the sensor. Two different problems...

Unplug the sensor, measure the electrical resistance across the heater. Its the 2 same color (black?) wires. Should be 15 to 40 ohms, and neither side should have any continuity to ground.

If that's good, you'll want to check the circuitry in the car next.
