still blows air with fan off

97 accord se when the fan is off there is still a little air blowing out the vents

its normal if you want it to stop hit the recirculation button next to the ac button that should do it

Ya... sometimes it'll do it a little when idle, but it'll always do it when driving... unless it's on recirculation, then it wont ever when off.

When the recirculation is not on then the vents remain open, so fresh air from outside is coming in, so obviously even with the fan off, you get some air blowing inside while you drive.
