Alignment Problems and Tire Rubbing!..
I have a few problems and i'm pretty sure theyre all related..
1) The car goes off to the right if i let go of the wheel when i'm driving.. especially during braking..
2) During harder braking the front passenger side tire rubs against the back of the wheel well and even made it lock up one time.. Sometimes it rubs when i'm just turning right and pulling into my driveway
3) Right after coming to a stop or going over a speed bump i hear a clicking sound from the same side
It all started with the clicking sound.. I just had my brakes and tranny done a few weeks ago from a not so great shop so i figured they might've not tighted the calipers up well enough.. so i checked the calipers and all the suspension parts and made sure everything was tight and they seem to be tight enough.. The car is lowered almost 2inches on sportline springs and stock struts (i know, i know.. get better shocks.. lol) but it never gave me any problems before i got the car back from the shop.. I'm thinking maybe the right strut already went out and messed up the alignment?? I'm not sure if it would affect the alignment but if it does then that still leaves the other problems.. Any help would be great.. thanks

It's not real clear about your alignment...have you had an alignment? If not, that's the first thing to get. Now if you know that for sure your shocks are blown, or you plan on replacing them, then do that before the alignment. But a blown shock shouldn't throw off your alignment on Accords.
Do you have camber kits? If not, and you are dropped a couple inches, you'll likely need them to get your alignment within the factory specs.
