Default how to ajust 2000 ex clutch pedal and smooth shift

i have a 2000 coupe....but the clutch pedal is too high.anyone know how set it lower a lil bit?i just learn to drive stick....and every time when i shift from 1 to 2 ....the car shake suddenly...how to reduce the shake?how many RPM you guys change the gear......futhermore,when i will know the clutch need to change?thx....

have it revved around 1.7k-2k rpm, and then start to ease up on the clutch, you'll feel it grab, and then start to give it a little more gas. you'll get used to it. it jerks because you aren't matching the clutch and gas up properly. Just keep practicing and you'll learn where you need to start giving gas and letting up.

Honda uses hydraulic clutches (as opposed to a standard mechanical spring loaded setup), so they are self adjusting with no adjustments that you can make.

You will know when it's time to change..... it will start to slip like crazy.

i get the shaking and i think it is clutch chatter. mainly from a little bit of a warped flywheel.
