in order to install an amp to a cd deck you need usually 2 rca connections per amp and a remote wire which is usually blue and im pretty sure you dont have either

Line output converter or an amp with high level inputs.

What car do you have? The 98-up accords do not have a remote turn on wire out of the deck.

I have my amp installed over stock HU. It sounds nice and it powers on and off automaticaly and I control the bass through the headunit. I got it installed by my friend so I realy dont know what he did but he did a good job.

Yeah, get an inverter. I had an amp + two JBL 12s with my stock deck. Didn't push very hard though....fairly weak.
