Default So few Accords for sale!!

I have been looking for a 6th gen accord for a while with really bad luck. Are most accords sold word-of-mouth rather than traded in? A salesman at our local honda dealer told me that get very few honda trade ins.
BTW. im looking for a 00-01 accord, no more than $10k. I have seen several but wasnt at the dealer quick enought, and they were sold.

Thanks.

I check Autotrader.com every day. I also check the web sites of honda dealers. Most of there inventory are lease trade ins which are too much $$ for me. Im looking for a 4door Auto with Abs.

I just missed a good one two days ago. It was a 01 Ex 4door for $9995.

6th gen. accord is a very good car. That's why nobody wants to sell them.

are you looking for an i4 or a v6? I think you should go with the ex v6 model since the price difference isnt that big, but the additional features are well worth the extra bucks. Unless you want a stickshift, then you have no choice but to stick with the i4.

I dont care if it is a I4 or a V6. I would like a EX, but I dont think I can be that fussy. I must have an auto tranny.
Unfortunatly the pickens of used 00-01 Accords is very slim.
