Default Best way to remove indiglo gauges? Need help

I'm having some problems with my indiglo gauges that I have on my 6th gen. I'm thinking about getting rid of them. What is the best way to remove them without damaging the orginal gauge cluster? They're stuck on with double-sided tape. Is there something I can use to clean up the mess left behind on the cluster from the tape and the indiglo's? Anyone try Goo-Gone? Anyone have any experience with this that can recommend they best way to get rid of the indiglo's and restore the instrument cluster back to stock? Thanks.

Pry them out carefuly using a sharp blade and yes try Goo-gone or WD-40 for the tape.

I didn't even bother with mine...I just bought a new pod and switched the circuit board. I was happy to see the indiglos in the trash. Goo gone is the best way though.

Are you guys just that unhappy with your gauges?
I kind of like mine.
When I installed mine, I just put them right over the stock ones with no problem.

take a hair dryer to the surface to loosen the glue. Use googone to remove the residue.

don't use any metallic items to scrape, you'll scratch the hell out of your cluster.
